1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Linkverse mobile application and website, operated by Linkverse Global LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Linkverse.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• One account per person — multiple accounts may be suspended without notice.

3. Platform Description

Linkverse is a social appreciation platform that connects patrons with creatives, DJs, entrepreneurs, and event organizers through a coin-based economy. Features include tipping, event management, food ordering, messaging, and community engagement tools.

4. Linkverse Coins and Virtual Currency

Purchasing Coins

• Coins are virtual currency purchased with real money via Stripe or PayPal.
• All coin purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Using Coins

• Coins are used to tip creators, DJs, and other users on the platform.
• Tips are subject to a 15% platform fee deducted from each transaction.
• Event tickets are subject to a 12% platform fee.
• Creative and service sales are subject to a 15% platform fee.

Cashouts and Withdrawals

• Users may request to withdraw their earned balance subject to platform eligibility requirements.
• Cashouts are subject to a 3% processing fee.
• A minimum balance threshold applies before cashout is permitted.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may require KYC documentation.
• We reserve the right to delay or deny withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.

5. User Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or abuse other users in any form
• Post, share, or transmit content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability
• Post, share, or transmit illegal content including but not limited to child exploitation material, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that promotes illegal activities
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Engage in predatory behaviour, grooming, or exploitation of minors
• Attempt to manipulate rankings, tips, or platform metrics through artificial means
• Share login credentials or impersonate another person
• Circumvent security features or attempt to hack the platform
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Spam, flood, or send unsolicited messages or content to other users

Users who encounter violations should use the in-app reporting tools to flag content or users. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and appropriate action is taken promptly. Users may also block other users to prevent further interaction.

6. User Content

By posting content (photos, videos, audio, text) on Linkverse, you grant Linkverse Global LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse user content and may remove content that violates these Terms without notice. Content that is flagged or reported is reviewed by our moderation team and may be removed if it violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

7. Events and Tickets

• Event organizers (Promoters) are responsible for accurate event information.
• Ticket purchases are processed through Stripe and are subject to the event organizer's refund policy.
• Linkverse is not responsible for cancelled events, but will facilitate refund requests where applicable.
• Event entry may require QR code verification via the Linkverse app.

8. Food Ordering and Vendor Services

• Food and vendor orders placed through Linkverse are fulfilled by independent vendors.
• Linkverse is not responsible for order quality, accuracy, or food safety.
• Disputes regarding food orders should be directed to the relevant vendor or our support team.

9. VIP Subscriptions

• VIP memberships are billed monthly or annually depending on the selected plan.
• VIP benefits include enhanced tipping modes, boosts, and priority features as described on the platform.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds for VIP subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• We detect fraudulent or abusive activity
• Required by law or regulatory authority
• We discontinue the service

Upon termination, your access to the platform and any remaining coin balance may be forfeited, except where refund obligations apply under applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

The Linkverse name, logo, branding, and platform software are owned by Linkverse Global LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without express written permission.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Linkverse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linkverse Global LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13. Privacy

Your use of Linkverse is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of Linkverse after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Linkverse Global LLC is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction, as applicable.
