Getting Started
- Create an Account - Download LINKVERSE from the App Store and sign up with your email, Apple ID, or Google account.
- Set Up Your Profile - Add a profile photo, display name, and choose your account type (Link, DJ, Artist, Promoter, Venue, Creative, or Vendor).
- Explore Events - Browse upcoming events, follow your favourite artists and DJs, and connect with the community.
- Purchase Coins - Buy virtual coins through in-app purchases to tip performers, unlock features, and support creatives.
Common Questions
How do I purchase coins?
On iOS, coins are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Navigate to the Coin Shop from your wallet to browse available coin packs. Some features within LINKVERSE require purchasing virtual coins through in-app purchases.
How do I tip a DJ or artist?
Navigate to a DJ or artist's profile or tap the tip button during a live event. Select the amount you'd like to tip and confirm. Tips use your coin balance.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Tap the three-dot menu on any post, comment, or profile and select "Report". Choose the appropriate category and provide details. Our moderation team reviews all reports promptly.
How do I block a user?
Visit the user's profile and tap the options menu. Select "Block" to prevent them from interacting with you. Blocked users cannot see your content, message you, or interact with your profile.

I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password" or use the "Sign in with Email" magic link option. You can also sign in with Apple or Google if those are linked to your account.
Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Linkverse account and all associated data at any time. This action is irreversible and will remove your profile, posts, comments, messages, linkages, wallet balance, and purchase history.
Option 1 — In the app (recommended)
- Sign in to your Linkverse account on iOS or Android
- Open your Profile
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm in the dialog that appears — your account is removed immediately
Option 2 — Email request (if you can't sign in)
Email support@linkyglobal.com from the address on your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 7 days.
What gets deleted
Your profile, posts, comments, messages, linkages, wallet balance, and purchase history.
What we retain
Transaction records required for legal, tax, and anti-fraud compliance (typically 7 years), in line with our Privacy Policy.

LINKVERSE is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful community. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, abuse, hateful content, and illegal activity. All users must agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
