Find your place in the community

These seven community roles describe how people take part. Available account options and permissions are shown during registration and in Settings.

Link
Discover events and creators, follow profiles, join conversations and appreciate eligible offerings. You can be part of the community without being a performer or seller.
DJ
Showcase your sound and performance profile. Where enabled, manage services, booking requests and custom dub orders; a request still needs acceptance and fulfillment.
Artist
Present your music or performances and connect with audiences. Share content and available services, and receive booking requests through supported profile tools.
Promoter
Bring audiences and performers together through events. Authorized event tools include event details, ticket options, staff access and check-in management.
Venue
Represent a space where culture happens. Share venue information and connect visitors with events; managing an event requires the relevant ownership or staff permissions.
Creative
Present dance, music, writing or visual art through Creative Studio. Publish supported content and use available marketplace or service options for your work.
Vendor
Offer products or services through supported listings. Make fulfillment terms clear; food pickup or delivery depends on the vendor’s actual offering.

A role label does not automatically grant financial eligibility, event ownership or administrative access. Spark receipt and payouts have separate requirements.

Appreciation that fits the experience

The core experience system offers five event choices and a neutral Appreciation default. Reactions and visual themes follow the event or content context, rather than granting new payment permissions.

Party
A party and DJ-set experience with energetic, music-led reactions for a qualifying performance or experience.
Concert
A live-performance theme for appreciating an eligible artist’s musical offering, with reactions suited to the stage.
Art
An art-focused experience for appreciating eligible creative work and artistic presentation.
Comedy
A comedy-performance theme for responding to a qualifying entertainer’s material and audience experience.
Service
Appreciation connected to an eligible provider’s fulfilled service—not just a profile or an unfulfilled listing.
Appreciation
The neutral default when there is no event-specific experience. The payment still needs qualifying content, a performance or a service.
Additional event themes
A separate registry defines 21 event-specific themes behind a feature flag that defaults off. The 20+ overview is not a promise that every theme is enabled; only the choices available in your current experience apply.

Likes are free; Sparks are paid appreciation. No unrestricted gifts, donations or person-to-person transfers. Recipient and offering eligibility are checked separately. Review the current purchase screen for amounts and fees. Only eligible earnings can be withdrawn, subject to verification, bank setup, payout readiness and the displayed minimum; a balance does not guarantee a payout.

Four disciplines, different ways to present

Creative Studio supports choosing a discipline and template, adding a title, description and tags, uploading supported media, previewing it and selecting presentation options. The 20+ overview spans tool categories, not a guarantee of 20 fully operational editors.

Dance
Templates include Dance Tutorial, Performance Breakdown and Choreography Reel. Loop Section, Slow Motion and Tutorial Mode are presentation options for explaining a movement; their Studio previews illustrate the intended viewing experience.
Music
Upload and preview audio, with recording where microphone access is supported. Audio Focus, Waveform Visualizer and timestamp/loop options describe ways to present a track. A waveform preview is not a promise of live audio analysis.
Writing
Prepare written-work descriptions and supported document uploads. Reading Mode and minimal-distraction options describe a reading-focused presentation; line highlights and animated text are previewed options, not guaranteed document conversion or export.
Visual art
Upload and preview images. Gallery Mode, Zoom Viewer and Before / After Slider are presentation options for viewing detail or comparing stages; the actual experience depends on the published content and enabled viewer.
Media preparation
Supported image/video uploads can open the media editor, and applied edits can be previewed before upload. File type, size, browser capabilities and permissions still matter.
Availability and planned capabilities
Some utility panels are illustrative previews or configuration controls. Replay heatmaps, collaboration, revenue splits and universal media export are not promised production capabilities; planned features are available only if implemented and enabled.

Publishing, marketplace access and paid appreciation depend on account permissions, content support and eligibility. A preview or selected toggle does not by itself establish that a viewer feature or monetization option is active.

Choose the screen that works for you

Web, iOS and Android are platform types—not a guarantee of store availability in every country, device compatibility or identical features on every release.

Web
Use a current browser on a desktop, tablet or phone. Layout adapts to screen size. Uploads and media playback depend on browser support, file formats and connectivity; recording requires a supported browser and microphone permission.
iOS
The iOS experience depends on the installed release, device and OS support. Camera, photo-library, microphone and notification access may require permission. Check the current distribution listing for compatible devices and regional availability.
Android
The Android experience depends on device hardware, OS version and installed release. Grant camera, media, microphone or notification access only when needed. Check the current distribution listing for compatibility and availability.
Permissions and feature availability
Location-based discovery needs location permission; QR scanning needs camera access, and audio recording needs microphone access. Notifications also depend on device settings and service connectivity. Denying access can limit the related feature without making unrelated browsing require that permission.
Media and payments
External playback may be limited by the provider, region or network. Account permissions, payment-provider eligibility and feature configuration still apply on every platform; using a different device does not bypass them.
